The Weiser Chamber Of Commerce is excited to announce the new Health Care Partnership program with Two Rivers Medical Center. This program is available to Chamber Members only. After becoming a chamber member, the business or individual is then eligible to enroll in the Health Care Partnership program. There is a fee involved which is also structured according to the size of the business. This fee enrolls the Member in a 12 month membership to the Health Care Partnership program. The business owner (s) and the owner (s) spouse and immediate family would be enrolled along with the business's employee (s) and the employee (s) spouse and immediate family.

Members will then present the card like any other health care provider's card when seeking medical services from Two Rivers Medical. It will entitle them to a 50% discount for medical services and 40% discount on basic laboratory tests furnished in the Weiser or Cambridge Clinics. Durable medical equipment, therapeutic injections and other high cost services purchased by the clinic will be offered at $10 above cost. Services must be paid in full when provided. This plan provides basic primary care discounts only. There are no provisions for hospital, radiological or pharmaceutical services.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  To qualify for the Two Rivers Health Care Program,
a Chamber member, must have no current health insurance.
